In an innocent heartland city, five are shot dead by an expert sniper. The police quickly identify and arrest the culprit, and build a slam-dunk case. The defense is immensely relieved, but Reacher has come to bury the guy. When the dam in the town of Rutland starts to show signs of wear. David Powell, the architect who originally worked on the dam but was removed and who left town after he was black balled by Walker, the man who only cares about making a profit; returns. He insists that the dam be drained and inspected but Walker claims it would take too long and would be too costly. David goes to the dam and notices a few anomalies. He then tries to warn the deputy mayor who happens to be his estranged wife but out of anger she refuses to listen. Also David tries to reconnect with his son who resents his desertion.

These folks, most likely would have no problem with zombies, vampires, all sorts of stupid Hollywood inventions from sick minds, yet when the truth is placed in a feature film context they can't stomach it. Even if there were some goofs - like the broken cell phone worked again, the gun salesman knew the main character's phone number, and the disappointing ending with "to be continued..." I still give this feature 10 stars. To those who say this is "Christian propaganda" we should inform them that they are no less brainwashed by the devil's propaganda and the Hollywood hogwash and pure anti-Christian propaganda.

All is filmed mostly in one location, except for the nice beaches we can see sometimes. There are a lot of scenes with all the guys showering, often a couple minutes of watching them. And quite a lot of scenes with half-naked boys doing exercise (not even doing it right).
