This is in fact for kids 4 and younger. It's one of those animationsthat you will find in Nick Jr or PBS Kids that directly targets smallchildren. It's pretty colorful and gives the child a view of whatheaven can truly be. Now I haven't read the book from which this movieis based on, or I don't remember if i have. The movie is being narrated by God (Ron Perlman) and you followLittlest Angel (Caleb Wolfe) and a dog named Halo (Ed Kelly). The storyis pretty standard for a children's film, but I found myself not boredlike I do with other children's films. This movie delivers greatmessages in it's most simplistic and purest form for a child canunderstand. It succeeds in story telling, and it's kinda funny incertain parts of the film for me. Now I can't give it more than 5 cause it is a children's film and it'snot really in-depth since it is directed for small children. But I willsay if you have a small child roughly 1-3 maybe 4 religious or not. Ipop this movie in for them and I think they will like it. good kidsfilm has messages about good deeds, friendship, and stuff like that.Animation is good and colorful and voice acting is good too. GoodChristmas film for the little boy/girl in the family
